CATARINA WENDEL works as Artist, Illustrator and Creative Director.

Experimentations with different techniques and unconventional materials on different surfaces are part of her creative universe.

 

_She experiments with painting, textiles, illustration, printing, art direction and photography, and she's interested in manual work and in particular working with discarded materials and textile waste to create new design possibilities.

_Usually gets involved in Fashion, Music, Cinema, Dance and Editorial projects.

 

_She's also editor-in-chief and curator of Outsider Magazin, an independent online zine that serves as a platform for connecting, uniting and disseminating the work of emerging artists and young creatives from around the world, where she is also creative director.
